    Hi Angelo93,

Are you gaming on a PC, Xbox 360 or PS3?

    Thanks,

Have you applied the latest available firmware to your MixAmp?

    Hi Angelo93,

Could you try connecting the USB Cable from your MixAmp Pro to your computer and testing the microphone on there to see if the crackling still occurs please?

    Thanks,
    - Mitchell

Hello, I remove the optical cable from the MixAmp, or do I also connect to the PC? Sorry for the wall unit time with me but I do not understand anything about electronics .... Thank you very much.

    Hi Angelo93,

    It's okay.

You do not need to change anything with the optical cable as that is only used for audio and not the microphone. All we need is the USB from the MixAmp Pro going into your computer and we will be able to test the microphone to see if it still crackles etc.

Hello, I connected the MixAmp with headphones to the PC via USB but the noise was but if you exclude the microphone via the button on the headphone cord noise disappears on both the PC and on the PS3.
    Thanks for your time
