Hello everyone, yesterday I received the new 2013 edition astroa40 I plugged them and immediately try but I found that the microphone crackles and very annoying to me and the other players how can I solve this problem? Thanks in advance

Hi Angelo93,

Could you try connecting the USB Cable from your MixAmp Pro to your computer and testing the microphone on there to see if the crackling still occurs please?

Hi Angelo93,

It's okay.

You do not need to change anything with the optical cable as that is only used for audio and not the microphone. All we need is the USB from the MixAmp Pro going into your computer and we will be able to test the microphone to see if it still crackles etc.

Hello, I connected the MixAmp with headphones to the PC via USB but the noise was but if you exclude the microphone via the button on the headphone cord noise disappears on both the PC and on the PS3.
