A50 No Game Volume

Unfortunately at this time, I don't have any troubleshooting I can give you. As the A50 Wireless Headset and A50 MixAmp TX are both showing a red light, this shows they are paired correctly and should be sharing audio. Have you opened a support case with our team yet regarding this issue?

Yes I did on Sunday and still havent heard back. Thanks for all your help in this matter !!! I am returning these to EB Games and buying the Turtle Beach XP500's in about 20 min.
