I was wondering if anyone could make a custom tag for me. maybe something like my gamertag (Joshx0) in black and in the background some sort of blue-ish camo. thanks!

Any specific forces Camo? They all have a different design (Army/Navy/Air Force)
I personally would go with a Blue Digital Camo that the Navy sometimes uses (to my knowledge anyhow)

I would also not use a black font it would be hard to see I would go with white or.. if you're planning on having white tags I could cut out your gamer tag from the Camo so that when the tags are printed there would be a white space revealing the base of the tag spelling your gamer tag?
