I just have a quick question about the EQ on the Mix Amp Pro.

How do you actually know what setting it is on?

Whether it be Core, Sports etc...

Do you just have to listen and guess which it is on by bass levels or something?

Also, what's up with the microphone quality? My friends keep saying I'm cutting out and the voice gets muffled and makes me sound like a bloke apparently... lol

I use them for xbox360 and PC. But I only play Multiplayer on xbox360, so that's where I'm having the issue with the microphone, yes. Also, I've tried sending a voice message and playing it back to myself to test the microphone. It seems fairly crackly like static or something. And also it sounds as if my voice is fading in and out continuously which causes some words too sound really loud while others sound fairly muffled....

Do you have another Xbox 360 Controller you could test with your ASTRO equipment? Also is your controller a genuine Microsoft version or a third-party?

Genuine, I tested it with another control anyway as mine is a bit old, but it didn't make a difference.

If you haven't already, I would suggest to give the Xbox LIVE Chat Cable a wipe with a soft cloth just to make sure it's clean and then try again. Could be a bad connection that's causing your voice to be robotic.
