Please Answer ( a few questions )

hi, I know this thread should be in the Beta Tags category thing but for some reason I can't post there.
I really want to order a pair of custom speaker tags but i had a few questions:

1) will they be just as glossy as the original ones ? because on some youtube vids they look really raw or something, don't know how to explain
2) if I upload an image and if I get my package arrived a few days later and they look totally not like how i was expecting them, could I return them if I send a few pics with what's wrong and get a refund or be able to get better ones send?
3) i'm making a pair of tags with my psn-id on it, and i know i can't use copyright material but since i'm going to order these by Astro (obviously) can I put the astro logo on my tags ?
4) do I get the foam kinda things to put between your headset and speaker tags? because i didn't get them with my audio system.

btw. I have white Astro A40's 2011 (v2)

1) Glossy or Matte finish is based on how you create your image design. By leaving an area transparent it will retain a glossy finish.
2) Unless there is something wrong with the printing or tags themselves then i doubt you can return it just because you don't like the tags design (which is something you submit).
3) Can't use the Astro logo.
4) As far as i know you don't get the foam inserts.

oh and btw for the transparacy, as long as I design them (i use photoshop) with a transparant BG it doesn't matter on wich format i save them right? like png, jpeg or something like that?

It does matter which format you use. A png file will work, however jpeg will NOT.
