Mixamp XBL Controller Cable?

Hey guys. First off, I thought I would save some time and ask here first.

My second mixamp controller cable just hit the dirt. I've had my A40 system for a while now, so I'm sure nothing is under warranty. Will support send me a new one or do I have to spend $18 to get another?

The warranty lasts a year, so you will probably have to buy a new one.
