It isn't a big surprise that it has taken a bit longer for you to hear a response considering the time of year :) Be patient that will get round to you eventually!

It depends on how many orders they are dealing with. At this time of year it may take longer as many people would be looking to purchase tags after receiving Astro's for xmas :)

Why dont you try and fix them? They are pretty basic and it wouldnt take much effort to get them working again :)
