easy refraxion just to let you know ps3 have just done a update 4.40 and it has sorted my mic out alot, the update was for headsets. so you can let people know, still think the amp needs another update as pro mode has 2 much base, just hope it aint long now for the eq settings =)

My case number 00134322 was closed saying I didnt respond to my support rep zach flowers. I have sent 6 responses before it was closed I was willing to give you guys another chance but the fact is im very displeased with not just the product but the service in which this is being handled. I will give you guys 3 days to respond to me or im going to have to file a small claims case and thats something I dont want to have to do you guys have my email and number. Sorry for using this to get a hold of a customer relations person but this company's support claims obviously dont work.

Can you help me on a getting a response to a case 00130388 and please please please don't say you will submit to a customer service representative...because that isn't working... It's really simple, just want to verify that my order has been shipped and have a tracking number sent. My order was placed and paid for on 11/05 for a A40.
