September 17th, 2009. An important date when the ASTRO Gaming Forums were born and the very first post was made. In addition, the ASTRO Gaming Forums will turn ten this year which has hosted ten long years of epic community support to all of our ASTRO Family, free of charge, no matter the issue, no matter the subject, no matter if you were in warranty which made it even more special.

As the forums turn ten, it's with a heavy heart that we must make the ultimate decision to explore different opportunities to provide our fans with even better and easier to use community support which would include Reddit, Twitter, and Facebook, and more. As a result, the forums will be closed in the near future around April and we will continue to provide support on this platform until that time. Don't worry, we're not going anywhere at the moment, but we want to make sure you know where to move to when the times comes.

    Reddit -

Reddit is a free to use social platform for discussion on almost anything. It's free to create an account and you don't even need to provide an email. We currently have our very own Reddit page which is similar to a forum where you can create a thread or post in others. Starting from today, we will provide support for Reddit although as we go through the transitional period, expect responses to be a little slower or vacant until we fully move over.

You can visit our page at https://www.reddit.com/r/AstroGaming/.

    Twitter, Facebook, and more -

As the forums come to a close, we hope to enable Twitter and Facebook support to make it easier to use already existing social media platforms to gain help and question advice. We'll have more to share in the future.

    Finally, thank you -

I want to personally say thank you to everyone who has visited and made a post on the forum regardless of whether you came for help, to provide your own support, or just to say hi. It's been an honour providing support for ten years and I like to think of the forums has a starting point for many more years to come as we offer help through new channels should you need a question answered or require product support.
