Sticky - How to gain the best troubleshooting for your issue

    The ASTRO Gaming Forums are not an official support service and can't provide the in-depth support which our official support team can. What we can offer is limited troubleshooting and advice to your problems which generally can correct most problems or setup issues, but we can't offer anything further such as warranty evaluations, repairs, or replacements should they be required for your products. However, both services can be used together should you want a general response much quicker and want to work with both teams to try and correct your problem faster.

    Here is what we recommend doing first.

    1) Create a support case with our support team through https://help.astrogaming.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. You should receive an email confirmation with your support case number. You can also post this support case number in your thread on the forums so we can reference to it to see what troubleshooting you have already gained.

    2) Should you also want to also gain troubleshooting through our forums, you can create a new thread in the Community Support section of the forums here - http://forums.astrogaming.com/index.php?forums/community-support.62/. We will try and assist you the best we can.
