Is there a way to fix the pop sound the mic makes when using the mute button?

    Hey BIRDSEYEFIVE,

If you're using the A40 TR Headset and MixAmp Pro TR then no. The mute button is actually passed through the microphone connection to digitally tell the MixAmp to make the mute instead of the headset cable which gives you a true and silent mute. However, you do end up with a small noise when the button is pressed which sometimes can go through voice chat especially on consoles.

You could switch to our older A40 Inline Mute Cable which has the analogue mute on the cable which would remove the noise, but it may still transmit white noise or even a bit of sound if something is loud enough such as you shouting.
