    Yeah I meant VetexV2
I don't own PUBG to test these presets but I try to make these as universal as possible by using music tracks and different games that I own. I havent found much time to rework these presets due to school work. I will try and get an update in by tommorow

I recently switched from Zalias T2 to your Vertex for PUBG and I seem to like it a bit better, nice work, thank you!

I own another copy of PUBG on my 2nd steam acc, so if you were interested to adjust a preset specifically for PUBG I would be happy to hand you over my 2nd acc :)

Thansks so much for the offer. Unfortunatelely I dont have Steam ond my PC could probably not run it anyway. Instead I use gameplay from Youtbe of different games that I don own to get an idea of the games sound design to get the most universal presets.

Aight, no worries, but Steam is free to download, so if you ever change your mind, just hit me up, my 2nd acc is ready for you anytime :)

I am new to using my A50 with base station. I tried to use one of your settings and it consisted of 4 digits which in command center when I tried to copy it only allowed 3 digits. I am trying to find the best settings for shooter type games where gun fire and foot step focus is needed.

This has been mentioned earlier on the thread. "You'll notice the small red triangles below the boxes with the frequency numbers. You have to grab those with the mouse and move them to your right until the numbers in each box increase to three, four and five digits. Then you can type exact numbers in the boxes." (KingBukB)

For Vertex does Dolby Button have to be on? I play on PS4 mostly playing Fortnite Competitive and CoD competitive. I often find footsteps sounds and gunsounds kinda clashing together like it feels impossible to have a balance for my hearing to where I can hear gunsounds and footsteps at the same time. I have not tried it out your preset but most of the presets I used recommended Dolby on and it just really muffles the sounds

btw I’m no sound or audio expert at all. I don’t know any of the settings mean when trying to customize it so I feel useless :( I’m just a competitive gamer looking for that soundwhoring advantage

I don’t know if it’s really any of the presets not being satisfying or is it the frequency that fortnite puts on their game. Footsteps are really hard to hear for me unless someone is within about 10-30 ft from me.

So should my output for audio on ps4 should be something else other than bitstream Dolby and Dolby 5.1?

Sorry for the spam. But to throw my info in. I have the A40’s with Mixamp TR Pro. My audio settings on ps4 is Dolby Digital 5.1 ch and Bitstream Dolby

Yes it has to be set to Dolby Digital. Not 5.1 because Dolby Digital is 7.1. If you have no idea what any of the settings mean, please look at this link. Fortnite already has a weird audio registration. Audio cues only register at closer ranges. 10-30 ft is actually the optimal range for hearing things like footsteps in fortnite, anything further than that should not be able to be heard. Gunshots and explosions can be heard from around half a mile or shorter. Also what preset are you using. If you are having trouble customizing, try using the EtherKitV2 and experiment with it

It is personal preference for having Dolby on or off. It might have to do with not having Dolby Digital 7.1 turned on in your settings. It does kind of muffle sounds, stereo is significantly more clear and crisp. The reason dolby is reccomended for Vertex and soundwhore style presets is because it opens the soundstage and lets you pinpoint where exactly sounds are coming from. Which is great for competitive gaming where every sound matters

I believe I’m using your Vertex now. Your preset really works with other games. I think it’s just fortnite’s issue of the audio range. But I do like The vertex preset and also used your rain one to watch Pokémon :p

I felt nostalgic. I usually watch some dark anime. I’m in nostalgic mood though.

Hi, I am trying to copy the Vertex but I cannot add 2064 and 3993 because it will only let me type 3 numbers?
    Could you help? Thanks!

You have to grab the small red triangles below the frequency boxes and move them around until they are the same number of digits as the intended frequency. Then put in the number in the box.

If you cannot input a frequency it's because it falls within a range already have assigned. If you have 4000 assigned and try to type 4000 in a box further to the left it will not work. You first need to raise the 4000 to 4001 or higher then you can put 4000 into a lower range text boxes.
