    Hey Dennon Parks,

Are you getting any error messages when running through the ASTRO Command Center to remove the bootloader mode? If so, could you provide us with any screenshots or even a video so we can assess the situation?

    Hey john2009,

As it's a generic error message, you will need to speak to our support team as it may be a hardware issue on why the ASTRO Command Center is unable to reload the firmware on your headset.
