It would be a great idea to post something on your site if your offices are going to be closed on a non-holiday. That way people might not have the wrong expectations if placing an order for overnight shipping (to expect it to arrive on Monday). I didn't even realize it until a little while ago when I called in to verify my shipping address, I hear a message on the phone stating the office is closed today. Which then leads me to believe that my order probably won't ship until Monday or Tuesday.
Not a huge deal, but it would have been much better customer service if there was something on your site during the ordering process stating that there would be a delay in order processing because your office is closed...kind of makes me wonder if I didn't make a mistake.

We apologize for the lack of notice.Your order should ship Monday. As for the notice, definitely a good suggestion and we'll be sure to add that to our Support Page if we ever need to again.

Well, according to an email I received there's a good chance that it won't ship Monday.
As an addendum to my suggestion, it would have been nice knowing what information I was expected to leave with my voice mail to verify my shipping information. It wasn't until this evening that I received an email stating that I needed to leave specific information for it to be considered "verified", so now I have to call back on Monday to verify.
Basically I'm just trying to offer some suggestions to help provide more information to consumers before making a purchase.
I guess in the end, I'm just hoping that I'm not disappointed with the purchase. Prior to coming to the forums, I've heard nothing but good things.

You scare easy, don't you? :) I kid, I kid.
You go to any forums and you'll have a large majority of people venting their frustrations about something. The trick with forums is to see the balance of good and bad things said. You go to any of our competitors forums and you'll see an overwhelming majority of complaints where as here, you get a lot of customers also praising our products too.
