I'd contact the Support Team (http://www.astrogaming.com/support/)with the problem you're having with the 2.5mm cable. They'll take care of you.

You need to start selling these because they always break.

I've had one break on me, my thoughts are there are are few strands in the cable or the strands are just quite thin.

So after a small amount of handling the strands break.

yes this has happened to me as well. my 2.5mm cable has a short in it. i just positioned it so it would work, threw some wire tape (the black tape stuff) so it would stay there and i was good 2 go lol.

Well, my 2.5mm controller cable just shorted out on me tonight. I have been able to twirl it around my mixamp to get it to work but now it has just finally died :(. I sent a message to the Customer Support and will keep you guys updated as to what they are going to do for me. Everybody on my team has had the same problem. :(

Well. I received an Email back about my problem. Had to confirm my Shipping address and i should be getting another cord. :) Exceptional customer service. I will let you know how long it takes to come in.

Typically the Support Team responds back to emails within a 24-96 hour time period (although it looks like Teezy was taken care of way before that mark). If you have sent in a Support Case and have not heard back for 96 hours, please send me a PM with your Support Ticket # and I'll see what I can do.

Yeah mine broke too. They can here me but i cant here them. I bought a different 2.5mm cord and im getting alot of feedback because it doesnt have the filter on it.

Hey robcat,

Typically other cables have not been found to work with the MixAmp for the 2.5mm replacement, as they produce that feedback or static. Please get in contact with our Support Team (http://www.astrogaming.com/support/)and they will be able to help you out with getting a replacement 2.5mm Controller cable.

yeah i had the same problem and sent a message to astro immediately and got a reply back the next day told them what happened and haven't heard back since lol let me know how it goes with you,

thanks Warblade.......i will wait to see if i hear something by friday after i posted i saw that it could take up to 96 hours and it's only been like a little over 2 days,lol who knows the guy that messaged me wanted me to verify my address and maybe he just sent me a new one...I've bought a few things from your website and I love your customer service so I can be patient.Thank you for your help though.

Hello,

My brother and i both have A40's that were purchased at the same time, both our 2.5 cables have this short in them. I sent in a request last Friday, got a reply asking to verify the email that we purchased them on, and never got a reply back. I only found out my brother's cable was doing this a few days ago. Should i expect one soon or will i have to submit a new request?
