Hey guys, I believe that it's out of stock when it disappears from the store. The 2011 Upgrade Kit is a very new item and sometimes it's hard to keep it in stock as it's very popular right now.

Hate to sound like Debbie Downer over here... But I have been patiently waiting since end of May. And I keep seeing this "in a week or two". This wait is been a prolonged burdening for me.

That site does not reflect our sites current inventory and unfortunately we are out of the 2011 Upgrade Kit at the moment.

Have you contacted the Support Team about it? I'm fairly certain that the order through the staging-us site won't be processed.

Just submit a ticket to the Support Team (https://support.astrogaming.com/new_case) and verify that the order wasn't processed and, if it was, that it is cancelled. If it went through then you would have received an Order # at the email address used to place the order. If you didn't receive an email then the order didn't go through.

just take your time and make sure you hold on to where you start at....i started at the bottom and then just slowly worked my way around....took like 2 minutes for both sides.

I just got my upgrade kit in the mail. The mic packaging says "A40 Microphone 2.0" but the earcushions only say "A40 Earcushions" without 2.0. Did I get the right earcushions? I watched an unboxing of the upgrade kit on You Tube and the guys earcushion package had 2.0 on it. I just want to make sure I got the right ones.

Try comparing them to your current A40 earpads. The new pads are made of a different material (on the inside) so you should be able to tell a difference. Also, the new ones are meant to result in more noise isolation and a better bass response.
