Help with custom tags

Does anyone know how to flip an image for the custom speaker tags? I want one tag facing the opposite direction of the other two (vice-versa). I saved the image then flipped it and saved it again but when I upload the flipped image, it appears as the original (un-flipped). Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Also, would an image with the following info be blurry if I were to cover an entire speaker tag with it?

It depends what the DPI (Dots Per Inch) is on the image. It's recommend to not use anything lower than a 300 DPI, or the picture will look very pixelated (Same effect as if you took a small resolution graphic and expanded it).

Are you using photoshop? Or another program to make your tag? In Photoshop, there's an easy way to "mirror" your tag, if that's what you're wanting.
