I had messaged the support on this site but have yet to get a response.
I've been happily using my A40 System without any problems for quite some time now. Until this afternoon where it started to act up.
At first I thought a wire was loose, but I was wrong. The audio coming from my system kept cutting out and seemed like it was muffled. It was as if someone was putting a large thick piece of cloth between my ear and headphone.
The audio also cut out randomly, unless I position my headset, the wires and mixamp into a certain position.
Im not sure how this happened as I take extremely good care of my product, but it was so sudden and unexpected.
I believe there was another thread here which I saw which had the same problems.
I would appreciate some help.
EDIT: I've tried my headset on various MP3's and other devices.. It still cuts out. I've used both the default wire which you connect to amp and PC wires to test this. They both give the same results, muffled and cut out audio.
