Hey everyone.
Just got my A40 set yesterday and have a problem.
I submitted a message to technical support, but figured I would also see if any of those experienced with the A40 Mixamp might know if I am simply doing something wrong.
Everything is set up, and the headphones sound great, but the volume is at a medium-low setting and the master volume control does not affect it in anyway. Is there anything in the setup that could cause this?
I can't wait to get everything working correctly, as the A40 is better than everything I have tried in just about every regard.
