So what exactly is new about the "new fully PS3™-compatible ASTRO MixAmp™ " ?

sw29, if you bought your MixAmp before 11/19/09, and wanted to use the mic with your PS3, you had to buy this accessory, the PS3 USB Fairy (http://www.astrogaming.com/products/detail/30/PS3-Mic-Adapter/).

Now, with the "new" 2010 MixAmp, it has that particular part/software built into the MixAmp, so you can receive Mic communications just by using the same USB cable to power the MixAmp from the PS3.

what about all the people who already have the A40s but want the tags?

This is kind of a slap in the face to your current customers, just my opinion though because I would deff buy the tags if you sold them indvidually.

im really happy that they decided to use Metal Gear Solid 4 for one of the designs i do hope they sell the tags becuase these would be amazing to have in my metal gear collection and they would be nice to switch out from my Penny arcade one's that i have.

I find it pretty unfair to those who've already purchased an a40 audio system. These MGS4 tags just look sick, and its as joe2heatley said a slap to the face. Please sell them seperatly :)

i'd have to agree that is kind of a slap to the face. I also agree that they should be sold separately. I dont own the game or have a PS3, but if i did, i would probably want some MGS4 tags
