a40 XBL problem

Okay. so i bought the a40s and everytime i attempt to talk to people on xbox live I cant hear them or they cant hear me. OR I cant hear them and Everything they say echo's off of me.

Its not the controller i tried 4 different ones already

Is everything connected properly and adjusted correctly at the mixamp? If so, you should contact astro and have them walk through a few things with you and if all fails, let them replace your unit ...
