New here , just need some help

i was just wonderin if any of you could help me in making some custom tags...
i woul like something with this kind of symbol http://i688.photobucket.com/albums/vv247/kingz_07/clanpic.jpg
the r thingy should be in blue and white lining and where the sketchy lines are there schould be a gray star with a black thin star all on a glossy black background.
Since i'm a noob in photoshop (spend litterally hours trying to make it look good.
Any help would be appriecieted.

All right i gave it a go...

Next time i would recommend not sketching it onto a receipt and then scanning that receipt.

So the first image has a clear star so it would give the look gloss look that ASTRO d8168055 made a tutorial of.

When i looked at your sketch it looked like a P with a period. So i modified it slightly to give more of an R look. Hope you like it, just post any adjustments you would like, or if you dont like it at all..
