Astro a40 2011 edition and Custom Speaker Tags Release Date(s)?

Hey, I'm sure alot of people are probably getting tired of similar threads, but i recall reading the release(UK) of the 2011 editions would be February. Though they still seem nowhere in sight.

Also, any news as to if the speaker tag customization will reach the UK?
