I purchased my astros at an MLG event they had me write down all my contact info etc so I can have my warranty. My astros recently have been having technical problems, I emailed you guys and well it turns out my info is nowhere to be found and im left with a defective piece to my headset, no way to fix it.... Im a pro gow2 coach and with out this piece how am i suppose to do my part effectively if my astros are broke.... Get a better way to get warranty info and you will be straight.

Same thing happened to me but they got it fixed for me. What I believe you need to do is send a support message, giving your email that you used for the sign up then they should be able to help you out. I used a different email at the event than from what I normally use. I also got mixed up and thought I used my original email but used a different one.

That's strange that they had you write down everything. When I purchased mine at MLG Anaheim they took all of my info via computer.

It's probably just the change of technology through each site. I remember the days when the "internet" was still mainly used by the government, and the world was filled with BBS' that you would call from your modem. There was not yet a "joint" internet by the public.
