arg.... guess what guys.. i ordered the a40 wireless system ... AND IT WAS STOLEN BEFORE I COULD EVEN USE THEM.

yep get home check my email and it says delivered and i walk outside and no box... called fedex and they where like it was dropped of on the porch....

why wouldn't they do the signature confirmation on a thing i paid over 300 bucks on... talkin with fedex seeing what to do...

so i wait some more on the headphones yea me...AND GUESS WHAT THE BLACKS ARNT IN STOCK NO MORE ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG.......

That really really sucks man.I hope you get it fixed.Good Luck.Check with the neighbors and see if they saw anyone or took the package to help you out.

Go to the reciept email and make sure you put the right address. This happened to me and the problem was a typo in the address so they took it to the house of the address that we put in and those people returned it to FedEx and a couple days later after we found out what happened they brought us the package.

i thought about that too its right and they checkin with the driver to see if he left it at the right house.. main problem was that it was droped off around same time school get out and there is a government housing aparment accross the street and those kids are never up to anygood seen em try to snatch my kids bike the other day. so im guessin thats what happened to em.

Hope you get it fixed.I would hate for this to happen.But i have been waiting since the 11th for my new headsets and it only for shipped out today 17th lol.Hopefully it arrives Friday since i purchased 2-day shipping but I think i will have to wait till Monday since I am in Hawaii.

left a " We missed you Delivery slip for pick-up or next day Retry.

That's REALLY odd that they didn't require a signature upon delivery...I had to do that on my A30 + mixamp order and I actually missed it cause of class so I ended up actually walking to the main UPS building to get it (no car) the same day.

But dude seriously that sucks...keep hounding the shipping company till everything gets sorted!

how the hell can a company leave any parcel at the front door,where is their common sence...??? this aint the 1950's where you can leave the front door open all day and night FFS.!!! if my postman had done that i would of chocked him out..........:mad:

when i ordered my astros they were still using ups and good thing for me because my dad is a ups man and he knows the guy that does my area so when I got the notification that it was out for delivery my dad and I went for a little ride to find the ups man it wasn't easy and my dad ended up calling ups to get a position on him but it was worth it cause there is some pretty ghetto kids on my block and i think they should still use ups I think that they are much more reliable

I got yesterday and I had to sign for my package lol.Although I was like a hawk stalking his prey.I almost busted my front door getting to it.But it was worth the wait.The white ones are pretty sexy.

Can't you opt to have a signature when receiving with FedEx? I was under the impression that you could choose to either have it left there, OR have someone sign for it? Maybe i am thinking of another company but i could of sworn it was FedEx... Also i understand that if you think it will come and you are not home, you can leave a note on your door saying where you would like them to hide the package. That way they wont just dump it in front of ur door in plain view. Make sure you sign the note. :)


EDIT: Btw that is really bad luck :( hope it gets sorted out for you

I think that, if someone is there when they rock up, then they will get it signed for, but if not they will just leave it (going off the post that started this thread).

And as for question two, based off what they say next to the black ones, yes. Though i don't know for sure. I guess we will find out in a few days :)

FedEx will typically need to have someone sign for it if the package value is over a certain amount (not sure what that amount is though). While I've heard some people have had the success of writing up a note and having it left in a location/neighbors of their choosing on the first delivery, this typically won't happen, and you would have to wait for the initial delivery and to sign off on their delivery attempt form.

talked 2 people and said we have the info well have the driver go out and talk to neighbors and see what will happen
about 3 days later i get a voice mail from the driver say he needs to talk to us and he sounded like if he was accusing my of lying really freaking annoying. and haven't heard from them yet.
