First of all, I know I'm supposed to go to the support page, but I received my astros as a gift, so I don't know the email used to purchase them, not to mention I believe they were purchased from dell.com.
Okay now that that's out of the way here is a description of my problem:
First of all, when sending a voice message I usually preview the message by listening to it again. When doing this, my voice is extremely quiet, and it is almost impossible to hear. So, my first question is whether this is normal, or whether something is wrong and this is how my friends will hear my voice.
The second problem occurs with my friends as well. When my friends are talking to me, they seem to experience an awful echo of their voice (I know what it sounds like because my brother let me listen to his headphones). I know the problem is happening because of the astros because it has happened on multiple occasions with different people present (I was the only constant). Also, the problem had never happened with any of my other headsets. Once again, I do not experience an echo of my voice. I can hear the echo of my friends but it is very faint to me, whereas to them it is unbearable, which means I can't play with them until this problem is fixed.
