Are these mac compatible or would I have to use bootcamp to use them? Would be nice if they were mac compatible although I do understand the demand isn't exactly there.

Hi quijbo,

The A40 Headset by itself can plug directly into any PC or Mac and function perfectly as a headset. Is that what you mean? If not, can you please clarify?

The headset itself is compatible with any and all devices with a headphone jack. The mic will work with any mic jack.

The mixamp is compatible with any output as well, whether it be a PC or a Mac.

It is just a matter of configuring your Mac/PC sound card to output to 5.1 properly. Most PC sound cards will use DTS/Dolby digital through optical out, unsure what sound card capabilities are out there on the mac though.
