Maybe you guys can help me out im wanting alittle bit more room on my desk currently I have my 27inch imac and my 23inch 1080p lg monitor. I currently just the lg for gaming via hdmi, now my question is should I get rid of my lg and get the kanex to hook my 360 to my imac I can't get a bigger desk layout of my apartment it would be impossible to get a bigger desk that would work. So what do you guys think lg or switch everything over to my imac?

ps. If you want to get a idea of my desk there is some pics floating around of my desk setup

Well, since I'm a die hard LG fan, I say LG all the way. :D

I just feel like if you build your own pc or have a pc other than macs you can have more control over the features and the stuff your computer does... Their not called personal computers for no reason :)

If I was doing video editing or music I'd use a mac... Other than that I'd rather not spend around 2k for whats kind of a end computer. I'd just rather build my own and have nice graphics cards/processors and such. But that's just me

Agreed, once again you're buying what someone else designed. All that nice thinness takes away from the sheer potential it could have if it was a little thicker. They haven't been known for having very high end processors in them. They are more of a multimedia computer than sheer work horse.

My mother bought the next to the best Mac book and it cost her upwards of $3000. For that much I could have bought one hell of a Sager laptop. Just saying is all...

Apple does make some nice monitors, though the Kanex to hook up your 360 is pricey. I'd rather keep the LG, give the iMac the ability to run dual monitors, and just live with the desk space that I have.
