i need help i just got a40s and mic dosent work on it everythings plugged in correctly to any suggestions

Are you using opti cable?

are u using the mix amp too? because if u are it comes with a cord that plugs into the amp and it plugs into the bottom of the controller. If its not plugged into controller it wont work

i have everything plugged in but theres another addaptor with two ends and one that goes into the mix amp pc mic spot in back but i have nouthing to plug into the two jacks
