Just got my Astro`s back from repair and I am glad to say that solved my problem I just want to thank the support team for helping me find out what was wrong with my Astros and fixed the issue. Thank you guys for making everything right the support is truly just awesome :D

Yea i am really glad too I got them back but the worst part of the whole process is the anticipation on when your going to get them back

I waited about It was almost 3 weeks so about 2 and a half weeks I waited but it was worth the wait.

No problem just out of curiosity did you ask because you had to send in something for repair?

i will be sending it in for repairs also and just wanted to know how long the wait is.I don't know how long i would last without them lol.
