View Full Version : Custom Tag ordering problem

Okay so I had ordered my custom tags and my headset on the same day which was 2 weeks ago on a Saturday night. I got my headset yesterday and I haven't even received the tracking number for the tags. I got a confirmation from PayPal and ASTRO that my tags had been ordered and that my tracking number should be sent to me from UPS when they were shipped out. I don't know if they are just really really backed up with making Tags or of my order didn't go through correctly. Can someone please respond saying what happened.

I also contacted the support team and they responded back almost immediately. They asked me for the order number which I did not have because someone deleted it and I instead sent them the e-mail that I ordered the tags through. They have yet after 3 days to send me their response.
