Hi all,
About to purchase a A40 System, one question first tho can you listen to optical and a analog source at the same time through the mixamp?!
as in the optical digital in and the mp2 in at the same time?
Thanks
Daniel

I think you're inquiring about the 3.5mm jack for "music". Yes, that will play simutanously with the game audio. The only way to balance that sound us by using the audio player's volume controls though. Also, a 3.5mm to 3.5mm jack is NOT included anymore with the purchase of the mixamp or a40 audio system.

DannyBres,
With the MP3 input, you absolutely can enjoy your music while playing games and chatting on XBL. Keep in mind that the MP3 input's volume won't be affected by the game/voice balancing but can be adjusted externally and by the volume dial. Hope this helps!
