Don’t be! We have extended our “Christmas Arrival Shipping Date” with ground shipping to December 21st. Get your orders in by Monday the 21st at 1PM Pacific Standard Time to get your ASTRO Gaming gear just in time for X-Mas with regular ground shipping.

This applies to shipping to contiguous 48 States in USA. Unfortunately, this does not apply to international shipments. However, you can upgrade (3day, 2day, or next day) to have it delivered by Christmas Eve.

Past the 21st? Please check our shipping calendar to see which shipping option is appropriate to ensure Christmas arrival.

*Please note: Acts of god, weather, alien invasions, and other extraordinary situations may cause delays. We ship via our most reliable shipping partner, UPS and will do everything we can to deliver like Santa Claus.

Should I be worried that the UPS site says it was delivered today and the package is not at my door? My mom has been home all day and she said she had another UPS package come but not my astros?

Please contact our Support Team (http://www.astrogaming.com/support) and we can start an investigation for you. Another option would be to call UPS with your tracking number and see if they can possibly provide you with an answer.

Called UPS and they told me to contact the shipper. I did and I received and email within seconds saying I'd be contacted within 24 hours! Good CS but bummed that if it doesn't get found/resolved by tomorrow, The week of anticipation of having them for my LAN game tomorrow is a waste :(
