Headset not working right

I was wondering if any one else had a problem with there headset. Im only hearing sound from the right side of my headset and nothing from the left side...i was wondering how to fix this any one know?

Okay well first.. Check your MixAmp to see if the balance to the headphones is right. That's really all that I could help you with. Someone else more familiar with the headset may be able to help you. Good luck on your problem.

I think maybe my headset came broken i hooked another set of headphones and both sides worked...still waiting on the support of astro.

If you are not using the optical cable, check where the system is connected to the white and red cord make sure they are plugged in.

im using the optical cable i tried just hooking the headset up to my computer and still just the right side working...this sucks

I had this problem when I first connected my headset to the mix amp. Before I really jumped to any conclusions, I just unplugged it twice, replugged it in, adjusted the volume a few times, then the left earpiece just started working after I turned the volume a little higher. I really can't say if there's anything more serious wrong with your headset, but you've already contacted support, so they'll be able to help you further.

This happens to me as well, it doesn't bother me because I never have to lower the volume knob far enough for it to be a problem. Not enough to forsaken the entire device at least, after the second one came the same I just left it as a design flaw somewhere. Glad to see I am not crazy though ;)

I returned my first mixamp on this issue, the replacement had the same issue at the lower 25% of the volume control.

Happens regardless of my input, and regardless of the headphones connected.

Yea but the left side of my headset wont work at all, doesnt matter how high the volume is...ive tried with customer support for the last week and i have gotton no repley at all...so im thinking of returning the astro for a refund since i cant get a working headset

Its the Cable that connects the mixamp to your headset i have the same problem...
