new here, just bought a pair of the a40's. I have a question tho, I didn't receive a confirmation email on my purchase so I emailed customer service about it. It also did give me an "unable to make purchase" msg after confirmation, yet my credit card has a charge for the amount. Anybody ever have this happen before? Thanks!

I don't know what could have happened and I hope you get this all figured out. Most likely anyone here can help you out and especially the higher rank people on the forums. Try looking for people with 'ASTRO' in front of their name because most likely they are a worker for ASTRO or they are just a forum mod. Good Luck and I hope you get your new ASTRO's soon :D

Thank you. I did a ton of reading of reviews and decided to go big and get the best out of the 3 (Turtle beaches/ Tritton and of course Astros). hopefully i get them within a week, as ill be sitting alot the next week (had knee surgery today XD)

Nice tag design! I'd almost lay the white asterisk above all the layers to have it stand out. Or have it in the standard Red. =P

LOL, sorry, yes, the star. I always think it's an asterisk cause it's so small (and one of my favorite bands uses an asterisk in their name). =P

Oh, and for the OP, the Customer Service team should be able to help you out. They'll be able to look up your order and see what possibly when wrong.

Thanks and also the custom tag looks more HD, but since this pic is over the file size its a little bit blurred. Also for Warblade do you know where I can find a way to use the 'Bucket' icon to fill in the spaces to make like the 'a' for ASTROS a different color because I have been looking and can't find it :/

What program are you using? With photoshop, you should be able to select a specific color, and then just edit the "mask" for that particular layer. For example, the A is typically black. Open it up in photoshop, use "Select>Select Color Range" then click on the black of the "astro A". That will now be highlighted. From there you can go to "Image>Adjustments>Replace Color"

Little bit of an issue :(, so i talked to customer service and they said the transaction didnt go through because I may have put a number in wrong, anyway my credit card company has taken the amount and locked that off from use as credit. Astro gaming said its a type of hold on the account that usually takes 48 hours to clear up and wonderful capital one is asking me to have the seller contact them :(. So until i get this straightened out no headset for me :(

I'm glad none of this happened to me :O
The only thing that is wrong for me is that I haven't yet got a tracking number for my custom tag that I bought over the weekend. Hopefully I get it soon or I'll call customer support.

Hi kbman99,

Custom Tags generally have a 1-2 day turn around for printing. You should receive a shipment notification soon!

Ok my credit card finally cleared up :). So now to think about getting one of the system w/ 12ft cord + side clips or waiting a week getting the same + the battery hmm ;)

If I had the order made on Saturday a bit after 5:00 would the tags still be printing or no and since I live in Florida generally how long does shipping take for the tags since they are not shipped from the HQ or whatever in California. Where are the tags shipped out from anyways?

The tags would have printed on Monday or Tuesday and shipped out that same day. Depending no the shipping service you used, you'll receive your tags on or around the Estimated Shipping Arrival Date that you got in your shipping confirmation email.
