My Astros only have 2.55 Dolby Digital surround sound.

For the past couple days, I've had a water logged left ear, done everything to fix it, used products and everything, I've been told I just have to wait.

Gotta tell ya it's the weirdest thing playing games with my Astros and only getting half of the audio. It's like having half of my surroundings in game.

For some reason I don't think Astro support can help with this one :p



anyone got some home remedies?

i've always attacked it with cotton buds even thou they all tell me NOT to! but it's a habit and I tend to anyway >.>

First time I read this thought you were talking about the A40s! :P Anyways.. if it's actually something to do with water in your ear, I'd suggest trying to lay down on a bed or couch with a pillow and then putting whichever ear it is down onto the pillow and lay there.. best works if you're about to go to sleep I'd think:p

When I was a kid we had a pool so I had this all the time. We had some ear drops that remedied it, but I can't find them in a google search. Maybe try your local pharmacy.

Or you can try to get a few drops of water into a dropper or a spoon. Turn the head so the affected ear is facing up. Drop some water into your affected ear. Wait two or three seconds, then flip your head quickly so the affected ear now faces the ground, and repeat until all the water has drained out of your ear.

dude! k here we go: i get to my friends house a while back and i come in to him and his wife lying down on the floor with their ear over a paper plate.

there is a ton of weird looking junk on this plate and they are laughing ridiclously out of control.

Turns out they went to a health food store, got some sort of ear cleaning wax. you heat up the wax, do something with it and it heats up the ear wax in your dome and it all slides out in a sloshing gloop of nastyness onto the plate.

Disgusting!!! but they all swear by it because for the next year they hear a pin drop from the next house over.:p

maybe you should look into it. i havent done it cuz its kinda creepy and gross
