Do you think astro will be selling in stores like Best Buy or Walmart any time soon?

There stance has always been to bring you (the customer) the best price.
Their FAQ section on the Support page states the following:
Q: Why don't you sell at Gamestop or Bestbuy or any other retailers?
A: By offering our products directly to end consumers we can offer much higher quality and more features at a far lower price. Virtually any product sold at retail incurs a huge price increase to the end customer. By cutting out the middle-man and going direct, you'll end up paying far less than you would at retail. If we were to sell the A40 Audio System at a retail store the price tag would be closer to $400, if not higher.
In addition, we're striving to make customization a hallmark of our products. That is not easy to offer at retail, but on our website you will be able to dial in the exact color and speaker tag combination that you want -- instead of the like it or leave it way you'd have to buy it at retail.

It will probably not ever happen, but can't say never. Astro headphones are expensive already due to the amazing quality standards they hold for themselves... if they were to send the line into retail stores the mark up would be rediculous. Best Buy or Walmart has to take manufacturing costs and then add in prices for advertising new products, shipping, and whatever other costs they want just so they can profit from it. Take for example Sears... I have a friend who works there, he showed me with a network device that they carry as employees that certain tractors cost them $1200 to purchase, then they sell it for $2000. This is so they can cover paying the salesman commission, the price for advertisments in the store, etc. etc. etc. If Astros were in a Best Buy, you'd probably get a $250 A40 System for $400. (And that's probably the realistic view) Sorry to burst your bubble.
