Hi. I am having a problem. I tried to order an MLG Astro Gaming a40 Audio System and an MLG Scout Gaming Backpack, but for some reason, I cannot place the order.

When I reach step 3 of the purchase and I click "Submit", I get an error message saying that there is an AVS mismatch and that the billing address does not match the cardholder's address.

I am a Norwegian customer, so the way we write down our addresses might be a bit different from the way U.S. citizens do it.

I obviously filled in the cardholder's full name, the address (Street ##)(also tried the American way, ## Street), the city, state ("outside the US/Canada"), region, postal code, country (Norway), phone and e-mail address.

And of course, I filled in the credit card information, which I am sure is accurate. I used my home address as both the shipping address and the billing address.

However, I still get the error message. I am wondering, what should I do to complete the purchase without getting the error message?

Thanks :).

Now it says:

Your order could not be processed for the following reason(s):

This transaction has been declined. (Reason 251)

Problem is now solved as a result of Astro Gamings good support team, which sent me a long and very helpful message shortly after I posted this :D.

Having the same problem as this guy. Im also from Norway.
got these errors/reasons:
AVS Missmatch
Reason 27
Reason 2

Talked to Support and they told me that i maybe wrote something wrong. I'm 100% sure i wrote everything right.
This guy obviously got some guidance in the message he recieved from the support team, so i was hoping they could send me the same message :)

Thank you :)

I used paypal and that worked well.. Anyway, Astro should get Verified by visa.. Would be much easier for people in Norway/Europe who have banks wich don't support avs matching.

I'll look into that and see how we can improve European transactions. Thanks for your patience!
