i got my headset in august and it works great i love it. i only have 2 problems one of the triangular screws came out that hold the speaker its self up but i put it back in even though its not as tight as it used to be and the other problem i have is the mic stopped working because of the cord that connects from the mix amp to the control is screwed up in someway and that seems to be the only cord that this website doesn't sell. the lose screw doesn't bother me as much as the mic not working. i play on an xbox360 so if anyone could link me to a site that sells the cord i would be great full.
thanks xD

you can buy that cord anywhere from around 4 to 8 bucks go to radio shack and ask for a 2.5 to 2.5 cord

There's that triangular screwdriver but not too sure whether it'll fit the size your wanting.

contact Astro support after some troubleshooting and confirming your details they will ship out replacement parts and or ask for you to send your headset in for repairs at no charge as long as your case meets criteria.
I had the 2.5mm cable break on me and with a few troubleshooting walk troughs from astro it was determined it couldn't be fixed and they sent me out a new cable free of charge.

This is the best solution, the 2.5 - 2.5 cable was specially designed to work with the Xbox controller, it requires a certain impedance in order to work correctly, so any old cable wont work. Contact Support, they are fast, and very very good at fixing your astros!
