Hi all, first post!
I ordered an A40 audio system last night from the uk site. I got confirmation emails, but I'm still waiting for confirmation my order has been sent. I have emailed support twice, with no joy. I just want to know if my order has been sent. I've emailed support a few times in the past and nearly always got a fast responce, except whenever I ask if I van track my order once I've placed it. They never answer that question!! :-( Also on this occassion when asking about my order, they've ignored it too.
The money has left my account and need to know if to expect it on Monday or not. Maybe the alarm bells should have rang when they ignored my questions about delivery tracking?!
Any admin/mods on here help? I can't call the uk astro since they don't have a number! I paid a large amount of money for these items and a hefty delivery charge, so I am hoping they were sent today.
