Cleaning Instructions

So I have had my astros since they first shipped, (495 LE) White ones. Now they are getting slightly dirty, and discolored. Does anyone have any good cleaning instructions? Should i use some all surface cleaner with bleach in it? How about some windex? rubbing alcohol? Whats the best way to clean the headphones?
