Support forums?

Technical support forums would be nice. Astro employees and (or) users can respond to posted threads.

There's already a great Support page at http://www.astrogaming.com/support/ but I do understand how you want to have an open forums type of tech support section.

This is a great idea, if just a few experienced users frequented the boards each day it could save Astro a lot of time.

However, they still need to have the support section of the website, so I suppose maybe its best to have Astro work out everything. They are known for their excellent support among the MLG Community, and I'm sure they'd like to keep that.
