How to repair and replace?

After 3 months of usage, my younger bro accidentally remove one of the screws from my headset. Man, I hate him. But Astro replaced that for free! Thanks Astro. I found out that if you have screws problem, you get headset replaced quite instantly :D. Anyone knows how to get Mixamp replaced?
