Hello,
I'd like to suggest that someone respond to my
a) Three different support petitions sent via email
b) phone call
c) message left on the welcome mat section of the forums
It has been over two weeks since I have received a reply, and feel that this is extremely unprofessional of your support staff. My headset is currently unusable because of a loose screw that is only able to be tightened by a custom head designed to be tamper-proof. Noah told me on 11/17 that if I confirmed my shipping address, everything would be taken care of from there. Since then, I have received no responses at all. What use is a one-year warranty, when I can't even communicate with your staff?
I've always had respect for Astro, as a small and independent firm known for innovation. However, I've given the support staff the benefit of the doubt for long enough, and feel that I deserve some sort of response.
I've been checking my inbox every day, hoping that I would finally get my Astro's fixed. The two weeks I have lost were critical, as I am hoping to compete competitively in MW2. Playing on a computer monitor, I have had to settle for no sound, which is extremely annoying. I'm trying to keep this somewhat civilized on my part, but it is admittedly getting hard the longer your silence continues.
