New Astros Gone Bad

Hey guys, its me again and I just received my Astros and they are being kind of annoying. When I try to talk in to it, it just has a huge screech and it is really annoying and everything I touch around me echos into the microphone and I am thinking about returning the ones i got and getting new ones. I think that there is a one year warranty.

check to see if the red plug(daisy chain) in pushed in all the way. it happend to me too

That sounds like a cable isn't plugged in all the way, specifically the MixAmp quick-disconnect cable. Try reseating everything and if that doesn't work, give our Support Team (http://www.astrogaming.com/support) a shout.
