forums seem kind of dead but just wanted to say hello anyways, ordered a pair of Tritton AX PRO's which were really nice but the first pair after a couple of weeks the wire from the box to the headset shorted out the mic sent those back and got another pair which were giving really bad feedback and a humming noise overchat's come to find out that mic was shorting out, so i decided the hell with that, decided to order a pair of Astro A40's on sunday the BXR Military Green, i just hope i get them today considering i live only about an hour away from San Francisco, thing that's worrying me though is now the headset for some reason is near Los Angeles? when it left So. San Francisco earlier today? which changes that 1 hour difference, into 5.

well i hope that these A40's last alot longer than the AX PRO's i've heard nothing but good thing's about them.

just recieved my headsets about a week ago and i'm very happy with them, i think i'll write up a comparison review in the near future once i burn them in. :cool:

I guess they are kinda dead, but I guess everyone is trying to expand them, so spread them to your friends and welcome.

HI..
Just received my A40s in the mail. They are amazing .... I mean i knew the would b good but they are even better than i thought. Just been playing Left for dead 2 and i love it . thanks to the Astro team :D:D

macture u use a optical cable if u arnt other wise ur not getting the full 5.1
