My 360 is hooked up HDMI, is there any capture card out there that I can use and still keep my 360 hooked up the way it is now. Like maybe HDMI in and out?
This wouldn't be much of a problem but my 65" TV is hanging on the wall and all my cords run through the wall to the TV so I don't see cords.

Also note that you need a HIGH end PC to make HD video, like custom built high end.
But this card is the best of the best.

I use a MacBook Pro, do you know of anything that would work with that? I'm assuming no, lol. :(

no prob not, if you had the highest end Mac desktop, i think it might but not a macbook.
I wouldnt know for sure, but I leaning towards no.
You can still record video, just not 1080p

I'm cool with it not being in 1080p but I dont want to unhook my 360 the way it is. Do you know if it is possible to have it hooked up to the TV HDMI and then run the capture card to the regular RCA outputs on my 360 as well?

I think what you need is the Hauppauge HD PVR instead.

You would use y-adapters to connect component plugs into the PVR and the other set going to your XBOX360. and then a USB plugs into your computer.

this works if he doesnt want to use an HDMI video source. if he wants to still use HDMI he would need to purchase a HDMI to component converter box. all in all if you want to use HDMI and stay as cheap as possible go with the black magic. as for an hdmi converter box runs about 80 dollars along with a 200 dollar hauppauge. when you could get a better capture card for price of just hauppauge. i love the hauppauge for non hdmi but i heard the blackmagic intensity has slightly better quality. and for it supporting HDMI your better off with that. i too am now considering it over the Hauppauge, but the hauppauge is just really sexy looking

There are actually quite a few HD capture cards.
There are the ones mentioned in this thread: The Hauppauge HD PVR and the Black Magic
The HD PVR, is the only one connected via USB 2.0
The Black magic Intensity Pro is connected directly on the motherboard
The BM Intensity Shuttle is connected through USB 3.0.
Only the two latter ones allow you to capture through HDMI, but is it necessary to use HDMI? If you're gonna use an adapter for the HDMI - Component you might as well get component cables for the 360.
There's also another option which I actually only found yesterday: http://www.avermedia-usa.com/AVerTV/product/ProductDetail.aspx?Id=482&tab=APDriver The AverMedia HD DVR. This, however, is also mounted directly on the motherboard - which you can't do on a MacBook or any other laptop for that matter.
The best quality: The BM Intensity Shuttle
The cheapest option: The AverMedia HD DVR
The easiest option: The Hauppauge HD PVR. What I mean by easiest: It's USB 2.0, basically any computer can capture in good quality with it, and it's fairly easy to set up.
