I don't see why you wouldnt be able to have it shipped just before you arrive, most hotels (and certainly the gaylord) have business centers prepared for this type of thing. Just have ATTN: "Your Name," Guest of the Gaylord Palms... as the shipping address if possible. If not, your name and the name of the hotel should suffice. Call the hotel desk to make sure, they'll guide you through it.

Like I said, I'd aim for it to get there a day or two before you arrive.

I had a package shipped to the Anatole this way and it worked fine. Their business center had dozens of packages. You gotta assume that many people need things last second, or don't want to receive it and then pack it in their luggage right away.

Actually depending on when you are staying in Orlando if you go to MLG Orlando you could by them there.
