View Full Version : WOW really? Custom tag complaint

Ok hey guys. I ordered my custom tags, and i was super pumped about getting them. So i receive them in the mail open them up. What do i see like the sides of the tags have like a white scratches almost, and there is like a dent of a squiggly line on top. I ordered two of the same in (red) and one diff. (blue). The blue one i received, the ink must have ran out. atleast that is what it looks like. B/C where its suppose to be blue its blue for most of it and then its purple almost where you can tell they must have ran out of ink. Im putting this on here b/c im kinda ticked about what i received. Help? I dont want to send them back right now either b/c i ordered them for dallas which is like two weeks away. HELP!

Sorry to hear about your tags! If you haven't already, I recommend contacting Astro Support (http://www.astrogaming.com/support/) and they can get your problem resolved.

Aww man don't scare me! I ordered a couple sets just for showing them off in Dallas as well.

I believe in 2 weeks you could get replacements.
They do ship pretty fast.

Well the whole process of the Custom Tags is in Beta at the moment so there is going to be some bumps in the road. This is just one of them. If you order some and something goes horribly wrong with them, then ASTRO is always happy to replace them if it's their fault.

My tags came with no problems, i'm pretty sure OP just had a defective one. I think you should go ahead and buy a set ...

OP, contact support and see what they can do for you
