Hello,
I bought my Astro's about a month ago, and since then the adjustment mechanism on the left side of the headphones has completely given out, making them constantly fall off my head. I have attempted to fix this through the email support, and got a reply asking me to confirm my shipping address. This was a week ago. Since then, I have sent multiple confirmation emails, and have recieved no responses.
I don't want to sound impatient, but the lack of communication is frustrating at best. I'm not really sure where to turn at this point.
Thanks.

Bumping after no responses for five days. Also, I have submitted an additional two support tickets, neither of which have been answered.
In short, I have recieved no responses from Astro for over two weeks now. Can someone PLEASE open up some sort of dialogue? I live in the bay area, and am tempted to just drive up to your HQ in SF if this keeps up...what is a year-long warranty without any means of recieving a response?!?

Hmm that's not good. I'm still looking around double and triple checking before I place my order (lucky to see that I don't need ps3 adapter anymore) but the lack of a response is concerning especially after an amount of time. Hope they get back to you soon

Astro, you guarantee a first response within 24 hours of submitting a ticket. That time has expired on my third ticket. Please, can I get any sort of reply?

It's not like there's thousands of people sending messages in.

Enough to stall a reply for over two weeks? I've waited patiently without a working headset long enough. *All* that I need is for them to tighten a defectively loose screw with a custom, astro-only head.

That's what I'm saying. Even though this company sells thousands of headsets out, the messages that come in cannot be a heavy load. I would really like to contact this company through phone.
Hey guys, I think what is going on is astro is swampped right now with tickets and ppl asking about the improved cosmetic mixamp.. I have a ticket ongoing as well, so I know how you feel, but give them a couple more days.. It IS also the holidays so expect a delay.
Hmm, well I sent in a question to the support email and within a day or two i had a reply back. What email address did you send your complaint to?

2 weeks is a long time. I had several messages not returned via email and some were. I think with the holiday weekend and the new mixamp they are most likely swamped. You could always call, thats what I did to verify my order and I got it sorted out quickly and they were very friendly as well.

Hey everyone, I'd just like to clear something up:
Once the people at Astro figured out what was going on as a result of my post under "suggestions," they immediately resolved it for me. This was simply a strange glitch in the system, where my emails were not being forwarded to customer service properly. I'm glad it has all been resolved, and am especially thankful towards ASTRO Staminal for bringing this to the attention of staff.
They might still be busy from the holiday, and since christmas is coming up, people are probably starting to put in a lot of orders. Just give the admins time, if you bug them to much they most likely will get frustrated.

I thought that you can not talk to them over the phone?

Yeah, as everyone else is saying, there probably are a lot of orders coming in, they probably just haven't got your ticket yet. :) good luck
